Incorporate a diet fitness program and make a lifestyle. What you eat is what you are and it does not mean one starts resembling spinach or a tomato. Eating healthy will make you healthy and if you are not healthy you know what is wrong. It is often realized quite late that the main culprit in your lethargic and overweight life is your diet. One becomes used to these foods and it becomes difficult to swap it with healthy diet. Body becomes accustomed to what is being fed and that shows up on your skin, heart and structure. Diet fitness program doesn’t mean going on dieting strictly but staying away from food that adds layers of fat to your body, draining your self-confidence and drowning you into depression. Having small proportions of food every two to three hours will regulate metabolism that helps you shed fat from your body. A dietician can better convince you to follow a diet you hate so much for the first few weeks. For some food is a hobby, anti-depressant and a friend. Indulge yourself in a different hobby that is creative and your craving will go away. Stop being alone when you are depressed and you will eat less and this way you can find an actual friend and don’t have to rely on food which has an only way of answering back and that is to your body not to you. It was once said, “If you want to stay slim share your food with someone.” One can make a program for himself/herself: Add more green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Stay away from processed food esp. white flour. Have whole grain products and whole wheat instead of potato chips and fries. Body needs some amount of fat daily so do not miss on dairy products and they are rich in calcium too. Make a time-table and regularize your eating habit especially at night. One must eat 2 to 3 hours before sleeping. And, above all stay happy. This will make you less hungry and you will automatically incorporate the diet fitness program in your life.
